Tibetan and Nepali lyrics that are focused on self-realization, healing frequencies, and shamanism are used in healing music. extremely influenced by shamanic music from several cultures. Typically, shamanism and shamanic music are represented by instruments, such as the didgeridoo, shamanic drums, jaw harp, throat singing, etc. Most songs are sung in Nepali, although occasionally they are as well. I recorded every sound for the tracks in my bedroom. Trying to bring comfort to the worn-out and hope to the hopeless. May we all create vivid, life-affirming realities in each of our personal lives.
