Standard Policy: Tickets once successfully purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation
Himalayan Frequency currently does not support cancellation of registration or ticket purchases on the website or app. All sales are final unless the event itself is cancelled by the organizer.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails but payment is deducted, a refund is initiated automatically to your source account within 5-7 business days.
Gateway Issues
We do not handle refunds for third-party payment gateway offers (e.g., Paytm cashback). These must be resolved with the provider directly.
