We disclaim all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for direct or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
2. Booking Agent
Himalayan Frequency acts solely as an intermediary between you and the service provider. Responsibility for event quality, safety, and compliance lies entirely with the organizer.
3. Media Accuracy
We are not responsible for data entry errors or changes by organizers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of photos or videos representing the event.
4. Legal Compliance
The Organizer is solely responsible for licenses and permissions. We are not liable for cancellations due to lack of compliance.
5. Payments & Offers
Wallet offers are subject to third-party gateway terms. We do not guarantee cashback or assume liability for transaction failures.
6. Pending Payments
If money is deducted but tickets aren't generated due to Transaction delays, tickets are issued only upon payment clearance and payment assurance on Venue. Otherwise, refunds follow your wallet's cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the refund of the total amount received, less applicable cancellation charges. We are not liable for punitive or incidental damages.
8. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Exceptional refunds require specific Organizer approval and are subject to deduction charges.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to Kathmandu courts' exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Ticketing system
Tickets are once issued and used only once, So please keep them safe and do not share them with others.
