Paul Tynan

The compositions of Paul Tynan are rich with an esoteric sense of harmonic color and playful rhythmic textures. Full of creative interplay, his music is inspired by the rich tapestry we call Earth. Paul Tynan was born in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. He is presently an Associate Professor of music at St. Francis Xavier University where he teaches jazz trumpet, arranging, and directs the St. FX Jazz Nonet.
